This year starts online registrations. Each player who has played in previous years has already been given a FFA number. This is found by going to the FFA site at My Football Club and enter their details to find out their number. Please do not create a new number if you are a previous player, and contact us so that we can provide this for you if you have difficulty. For all new players, this site will also help with your registration. Once you have registered online, you still are required to attend the club so that we can process your payment, take a new photo and make sure that your registration in is order. Your registration is not finalised until after payment is processed.
It is now the beginning of March and it is important that all players complete their registration as soon as possible so that teams can be organised for this year. If you have any questions regarding registrations, please call the Club Secretary, Catherine on 0417140582.
North Bankstown has the following teams - Under 6 to Under 10 small-sided soccer; Under 11 to Under 17 boys; senior mens teams including All Age, Premier League 1, and Over 35's; and dedicated girls teams in the Under 14, 16, 18 and All Age Ladies. Girls generally play in the 'mixed' competition up to under 12's.
All new players are welcome.
New players need to provide a photocopy of their proof of age.
What Needs To Happen:
Until your child is FULLY registered and financial, they cannot take part in training or grading.
Please pay fees at sign on. Installments are ok, by arrangement with the club president.
We want to make soccer "affordable", so our club attempts to keep our registration fees as low as possible. The registration fees we charge just cover what the club has to pay the Bankstown Association by way of player insurance, team nomination fees and ground fees. The charges are supplemented by our fund raising activites - canteen, raffles, sponsorships etc. Unfortunately fees have had to increase this year due to new charges from the Association, reduced sponsorships and the provision of a full uniform to every player. So while it may appear that our costs are higher than some other clubs, please remember that this year there is a full uniform supplied to every player and that there are no weekly fees charged like other clubs. So our fees are still pretty good when you consider all this.
Note: As a long time player for the club, I don't find this to be an issue but I will say that the fees are one of the cheapest going around.... Webman
